Ankle Injuries Forefoot Pressure

On one side, an ankle twist is an injury to one or more ligaments in the ankle, usually on the outside of the ankle. On the other side, it is commonly seen with ladies who wear the foot wear with high heels and tight belt straps.

The ankle is a complex joint that is capable of a wide range of movement: flexion, extension, inversion and eversion. This need to be taken care before it is too late.

High heals push the center of mass in the body forward, taking the hips and spine out of alignment. High heals may make legs look longer, but as the heel hight goes up, so does the pressure on the forefoot.
